Having completed a degree in ceramics at the University of West England, Chris moved to Devon to start an apprenticeship at Dartington Pottery. He has since worked at several ceramic studios across the country.
In 2005 Chris began to produce his own range of handmade tableware whilst also starting a teaching post at North Devon School of Art.
Chris then attended the Royal College of Art where he obtained a Masters Degree in Ceramics and Glass, and has since produced two award winning pieces; one for lighting and design, and the other a travel scholarship which he used to undertake an artist’s residency in China.
